Originally started By Khristine Talactac. She started as a freelance makeup artist in 2008 and is also a Nurse (LVN). She wanted to expand her skillset by becoming a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2016. She is Multi-Certified in Professional Eyelash Extension Artist in Classic, Volume & Mega Volume. Certified Body Art Practitioner by the LA County Health Department. 

Khristine’s natural care for people shine through her artwork and Clients love her friendly and professional work ethic. Khristine has decided to add additional team members (hand picked) that have the same work ethics and beliefs as Khristine and ALL that BFX Ink Stand for.

The meaning behind the name.  I specialize in all things beauty, so I figured a neat and edgy way to get my business across was that I do Beauty effects, Definitely a play on words like special fx, visual fx & Added the “Ink” Element to it since I offer Permanent Makeup (Microblading/Ombre Powder Brows/Eyeliner & Lip Blush).
