All appointments are booked online through our Vagaro page. Choose your service and time, and secure your spot with a booking fee that's applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.

We're by appointment only, so every client gets our full, unhurried attention. Same-day appointments are sometimes available — check the booking page or text us.

You can reschedule through your Vagaro confirmation, or text us at 747-243-2506 and we'll take care of it together. Please give as much notice as you can.

Yes — your booking fee is applied toward the total of your service on the day of your appointment.

Life happens — we just ask for as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 5 hours of your appointment or no-shows may incur a 100% charge. Booking fees are nonrefundable.

Text us right away at 747-243-2506. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so the next client isn't kept waiting — we'll always do our best to accommodate you.

Payment is handled through our Vagaro booking platform, which accepts major cards. Your booking fee is paid when you book and applied to your service total.

Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle, so retention varies from person to person. Most clients book a fill every 2–4 weeks to keep their set full.

Sometimes — it depends on the condition and amount of remaining extensions, with roughly 40% retention generally required. Send us a clear photo before booking and we'll let you know what's possible.

A lash lift curls your own natural lashes — nothing is added. Extensions add synthetic lashes for extra length and fullness. Lifts are lower maintenance and last around 6–8 weeks.

A topical numbing agent is applied, so discomfort is minimal and easily managed for most clients.

Brows and lips look bolder at first, then soften as they heal over the following weeks. Some flaking is normal. Healing, pigment retention, and final results vary by skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare — and a perfecting session refines everything once healed.

Street parking is available near the studio. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to find a spot and settle in.

Arrive with clean lashes or brows and no makeup in the treatment area, and avoid caffeine before permanent makeup. Full pre-care instructions are sent after booking.
