Full Set vs. Fill
A full set is a complete, freshly designed lash look — perfect for first-time clients or anyone starting over. A fill maintains an existing set by replacing extensions that have shed with your natural lash cycle, keeping your look full and even.
What to Expect
You'll relax on a comfortable treatment bed with your eyes closed while each extension is applied one by one. Most clients find it so relaxing they nap. Plan on a longer visit for a full set and a shorter one for fills.
How Often to Book Fills
Natural lashes shed on their own cycle, and retention varies from person to person. Many clients return every 2–4 weeks to keep their set looking full — we'll recommend a schedule based on your lashes and lifestyle.
Lash Maintenance & Proper Cleansing
Clean lashes last longer. Gently cleanse your lash line daily with a lash-safe cleanser, brush them with a clean spoolie, and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. We'll show you exactly how at your appointment.
Aftercare
Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, avoid steam and heavy sweating initially, skip mascara on extensions, and never pick or pull. Sleeping on your back and using a silk pillowcase can help retention.

New to Beauty Fx Ink? Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and come ready to chat about the look you love. We'll map a style to your eye shape and natural lashes before we begin. A booking fee secures your appointment and is applied to your service.
Outside Artist Fill Policy
We accept fills on work done elsewhere on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance depends on the condition and amount of remaining extensions — generally around 40% retention is required, subject to assessment. Send us a clear photo before booking and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly to suitable natural lashes and cared for properly, extensions should not damage your natural lashes. We always style within what your natural lashes can comfortably support.
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes — but avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara around the lash line, and cleanse gently every day.
What's the difference between classic, hybrid, and volume?
Classic is one extension per natural lash for a natural look. Hybrid mixes classic and volume for texture. Volume uses handmade fans for soft, fluffy fullness. We'll help you choose at your appointment.
