Our General Policies at Beauty FX Ink

Please make sure to thoroughly read through our policies before booking an appointment.

These policies apply to all services with the EXCEPTION of Microblading/Shading unless stated for Microblading.

All services are subject to CHANGE.

NO SHOW, & CANCELLATION FEES, BOOKING FEES are not credit towards future services. BOOKING FEES ARE TO RESERVE & SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY ONLY AND WILL BE FORFEITED IF ANY OF THESE POLICIES ARE NOT ADHERED TO

Booking Fees

ALL services have a non-refundable booking fee (fees vary per service) that is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The booking fee will go towards the service, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the service. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Regardless of the situation. Meaning you are unable to cancel the appointment once booked. So please do not book an appointment if you do not plan on showing up. (you may reschedule the appointment within our 24 hour timeframe). This is to protect our artists time and set aside your service products specifically for you.

If you decide to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, please do NOT ask for your non-refundable booking fee refund, because it is non-refundable. Also, please make sure to confirm the date, time and LOCATION of your appointment as there will be NO refunds to your booking fee if you made the appointment on the wrong date/time/location.

By continuing to book an appointment with our business you are fully agreeing to all of our business policies.

Lash, Makeup, Facial & Waxing Appointments

Please arrive five minutes before scheduled appointment.
Please arrive mascara-free and eyes free from makeup. You will be charged for a lash cleanse if your lashes are not clean on arrival.
We have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

Skin sensitivities and allergies are rare and your safety and care are of our utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However Beauty FX Ink is not liable for reaction due to our products. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. Please call to schedule 818-717-7487

LATE POLICY

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE PLEASE CALL AHEAD - 818-717-7487
If client is running 10 mins or less late to their Appointment time there will be NO FEE.

If client will be more than 15 mins late they are considered a NO SHOW and are subject to 99% of service or the deposit that was left -whatever is greater. We do offer a one time exception.

Please refer to No Show Policy in the case you abuse our late policy and have used your one time exception.

RESCHEDULING SAME DAY

Must CALL ONLY 818-717-7487, NO ONLINE RESCHEDULING ALLOWED AT THIS POINT.

MUST call to reschedule, you will pay SAME DAY CHANGE FEE (50% of scheduled service or booking fee that was left, if the service required it).

PMU appointments forfeit booking fee for same day cancellations or reschedules. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We understand last-minute emergencies pop-up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require minimum of 24 hours. We do offer a one time only exception.

Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee (and/or your booking fee will be forfeit).

Clients who no-show without notice or Cancel/Reschedule within 8 hours of appointment start time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee (and/or your booking fee will be forfeit).

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee/and or your non-refundable deposit will be forfeit.

A credit card on file and non-refundable booking fee for all clients will be required at the time of booking and credit card will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash, brow, facials and body shaping Los Angeles has to offer!

Late & No Show Policy

Everyone's time is valuable, so if you are 15 minutes late you’ll be considered as a no show for your appointment and charged accordingly (100% of your service).

Your booking fee and appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged 100% of service. No Exception. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone.

Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.

If a client does not communicate before the appointment and doesn’t show up, the client is subject to a NO SHOW FEE (100% of scheduled service - which you agree to at the time of booking your appointment).

If client card is declined, NO SHOW FEE will have to be PAID before any new appointments. The account will be flagged and they will not be able to book any future appointments at Beauty Fx Ink.

If NO Show and card is successfully charged, client profile will NOT be blocked, and can book as normal.
